Users can browse the home page and most content locations anonymously without providing specific personal information. Other sections may require a user to register by providing a valid email address. 

Users must provide name, address, contribution amount, and credit card information in order to make an on-line contribution. As required by state campaign finance laws, Name, Address, and Contribution amounts are reported to the New York State Board of Elections. 

Phone number and credit card information are not shared with any party outside of Janele Hyer-Spencer or her campaign committee, Friends For Hyer-Spencer and are not stored on this website.
